Bloomington South Regionals - 2/2/08
Congratulations to 6 BC Wrestlers that advance to the Bloomington South Regional on Saturday, February 2nd.
Mitchell Richey, Zach Wojdyla, Josh Rutherford, Alan Critser, Austin Lee & Chandler Coffey
Detailed round information is as follows:
Weigh-ins 8:30 a.m.
Morning session 9:30 a.m.
Afternoon session 11:30 a.m.
Consolations 2:00 p.m.
Finals immediately after consolations - 45 minute mandatory time between wrestler matches
Admission - $6.00
Food will be provided for wrestlers that are in action. All other high school wrestlers that make the trip should plan to pack a cooler for themselves or bring money for concession food. Not certain but I believe that the mini-bus will be used for transportation. Arrangements for non-participating wrestlers will need to be discussed with Coach Bruner.
Please note that the bleachers are very crowded for this tournament. Unlike others, it is nearly impossible to do pitch in food for parents. There is a McDonalds located on the outer edge of the school property. Ample break times are given if traveling off school property is something that you would like to do (parents/families).

Sectional Information - Saturday, January 26th
Brown County will participate in Sectional 28 at Jennings County High School this Saturday, January 26th.
Admission is $5.00
Weigh-ins are scheduled for 8:00 a.m.
Round information listed below is approximate beginning with the 3rd round.
Round 1 - 9:00 a.m.
Round 2 - 9:45 a.m.
Round 3 - 11:00 a.m.
Break for lunch
Round 4 - Semi-finals and Wrestlebacks - 1:45 p.m.
Round 5 - Consolation Finals - 2:45 p.m.
Round 6 - Championship Finals - 4:00 p.m.
Sectional 28 consists of 9 schools: Bedford North Lawrence, Brown County, Columbus East, Columbus North, Jennings County, Madison, Seymour, Scottsburg, and Southwestern Hanover
Food and beverage will be provided for the wrestlers. If your wrestler wishes to have something other than the typical menu items, please pack something accordingly or send money. The bus will not be stopping for a meal following the sectional tournament.
Parents - if you wish to bring a dish or snack, we will be having a small pitch-in for the parent group. The following is committed as of this time: Cherry Bars, Donuts from Linne's in Shelbyville, Chef Salad & dressing, Banana Bread, Chips & Dip

Eagles host Whiteland - December 3rd @ 6:00 p.m.
Need something to do while school is out? Spend the evening supporting the wrestlers while they host Whiteland. Whiteland continues to present us with great matches for our guys.
